Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for BossLead subscriptions and top-ups. BossLead is owned and operated by Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Focus Sdn Bhd (202301025718). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

New accounts get a free 30-day trial with no card. Nothing is charged during the trial, and it simply ends if you do not subscribe.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from My Account (Billing), or by writing to us at the email below. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for: you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. Your data stays available until the period ends; you can export your lists before then.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. The unused part of what you already paid is deducted from the price of the new plan, so you pay only the balance; any amount left over stays as account credit for your next payments. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription payments and top-ups are charged in advance for a digital service that is available straight away, so they are not refundable once paid, including partly used periods and unused allowances. This does not affect any refund you are entitled to by law.

We will refund you in full if you were charged by mistake: for example a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation that had already taken effect, or a renewal of a plan we had told you was closed. Write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will check it and reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds are made to the original card through Stripe and usually reach your account in 5 to 10 working days.

If the service is unavailable for a long period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will extend your billing period or give account credit for the time lost.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days and we email you. Paid features may be paused until the payment succeeds; nothing is lost.
