Why do my emails land in spam?

Can you guarantee the inbox?

Why do WhatsApp numbers get banned?

What does the free health check look at?

What happens when bounces spike?
The mailbox or flow is paused automatically, you get an alert explaining why, and bounced contacts you revealed are credited back.
What if a contact is wrong?
If an email to a contact you revealed hard-bounces, the credit comes back automatically. For other problems, such as the wrong person or a closed business, press Report wrong contact and most reports are credited straight away.
